Vytars Silver jewellery 以客戶對我們產品及服務為優先考慮，我們提供 14 天 退貨/退款處理。
退貨/退款 服務
- 以訂單到達日起 14 天內通知我們處理退貨/退款。
- 以一次性退回款項（不包括郵遞費用及免運費訂單郵遞費，將在退回款項中扣除）
- 所有產品必須以原始狀態退回，如有任何損壞/變形/殘缺/人為因素等等，本公司將保留退款權利。
- 如以任何形式郵遞退回，所產生的費用，由客戶承擔，客戶沒有支付郵遞費用，我們不會領取郵件。
- 我們未收取/檢驗產品前，將不獲退款/退貨。
- 不接受超出此時間範圍或未經授權的退貨。
- 每張訂單只能退貨/退款壹次。
- Vytars Silver Jewellery 保留任何退貨或退款權利。

Return/Refund Service
- Notify us within 14 days of order arrival to process return/refund.
- One-time refund (excluding postage and free shipping order postage, will be deducted from the refund)
- All products must be returned in their original condition, if there is any damage/deformation/incompleteness/artificial factors, etc., the company will reserve the right to refund.
- If it is returned by post in any form, the cost incurred will be borne by the customer. If the customer does not pay the postage fee, we will not pick up the mail.
- No refunds/returns will be made until the product has been received/inspected by us.
- Returns outside this time frame or without authorization will not be accepted.
- Each order can only be returned/refunded once.
- Vytars Silver Jewelery reserves the right to any returns or refunds.
