Vytars Silver jewelery puts customers first on our products and services and we provide 14 days return/refund processing.
Return/refund service
- Notify us within 14 days from the order arrival date to process returns/refunds.
- A one-time refund (excluding postage charges and postage charges for free shipping orders, which will be deducted from the refund amount)
- All products must be returned in their original condition. If there is any damage/deformation/mutilation/human factors, etc., the company will reserve the right to refund.
- If the item is returned by post in any form, the cost incurred will be borne by the customer. If the customer does not pay the postage fee, we will not collect the mail.
- No refunds/returns will be granted until we receive/inspect the product.
- Returns outside this time frame or without authorization will not be accepted.
- Each order can only be returned/refunded once.
